We supply goods to your requirement, occassionally the part may not be compatible with your equipment. In this case I will accept returns providing they have not been used or alterations made to them. However you will have to arrange for the safe return of the parts and I will refund the cost of the parts less the original carriage charge.

In the unlikely case of a faulty item a full refund will be made.

 All parts supplied by J P Burners must only be installed by a competent person (eg having Gas Safety Registration or CITB Certification & in accordance with the current version of the Gas Safety (Installations & Use) Regulations.

If you are returning the goods please ensure that they are adequately packed and returned by a Tracked Method to avoid loss. Only goods we actually receive will be credited.
